Core Membership

Core membership includes unlimited unhurried well-child and acute care visits, same-day or next-day availability, telemedicine visits, and 24/7 access to your pediatrician via talk, text or email. Two in-home visits per year are included (mileage restrictions apply), along with a 50% discount on additional services such as ear piercings, tongue-tie procedures and autism assessments.

Membership prices are tiered by age as follows:

Infants (birth through 11 months): $195/month

Toddlers (12 months through 35 months): $155/month

Young children (3 years through 5 years): $125/month

Older children (6 years through 21 years): $95/month

A $150 one-time enrollment fee applies per family which includes a telehealth kit that contains a wifi enabled ear/throat camera, pulse oximeter (to check oxygen levels), digital thermometer, and strep tests (for children age 3 and older). After enrollment, your membership is billed monthly. However, for those that choose to pre-pay annually, a 5% discount will apply.

Families with multiple children can rest assured that their large family will benefit from discounted rates, as the maximum rate per family is $350 per month.
